Que. Is this product effective ONLY against mosquitoes?
Ans. No. It can be used for all flying insects including flies as well as mosquitoes. Just a word of caution do not spray it on bedsheets or clothes.
Que. In case of accidental spray or spill, what should I do?
Ans. Immediately remove the clothing, shoes or bedsheets on which the accidental spray has occurred and clean them. In case your skin has come into contact with the liquid, then wash it thoroughly using a combination of soap and water. In case of eyes, rinse it with clean water for minimum 15 minutes.
Que. Is this anti-mosquito vaporize safe for use around pets?
Ans. Yes, this product is completely organic and will not harm any animals, specially pets.
Q. How should we dispose the refill?
Ans. Since it does not contain any hazardous material, so it can be disposed just like other waste products. Still, since it is actually a plastic container so it can be disposed like other plastic products.
Que. How long will the refill last?
Ans. Generally it will last from 45 days to 60 days. But the actual duration depends on usage time and mosquito infestation.
Que. For what duration should the doors and windows remain closed, once turning on the machine?
